Getting married is one of the most celebrated events in many women’s lives; a rite of passage, honoring each other as husband and wife. Besides picking the perfect gown, selecting the bridesmaid’s dresses, booking the location of the wedding, the caterers, etc., how about the recognition of the bridal boudoir? Sometimes brides get so caught up in all the decision making, that they leave the lingerie and boudoir to the last minute or they may just use whatever lingerie gifts they receive from their bachelorette party. Planning the bridal boudoir as an essential initiation for the next sensual phase of marriage. Although it’s often unintentionally neglected, I invite brides to embrace the sensuality in the union of marriage. Put some time and effort into the romance and pleasure they desire to enjoy with their husbands by including special lingerie as part of their bridal plan.
Creating a bridal boudoir is an investment in a woman’s pleasure. Selecting an assortment of beautiful lingerie to adorn oneself is an opportunity to create a fantasy or embrace one’s alter ego on the wedding night, during the honeymoon and beyond. As women, we are gorgeous naturally, but boudoir lingerie can create a playful and erotic experience that will be memorable for the bride and groom. Step out of your routine and be a vamp, a pin-up girl, a coquette, a glamour girl, a romantic or even a dominatrix. Here are some modern fantasy looks that you can incorporate into your bridal boudoir that can take you both higher and spice up your sensual life.
