Even though I have been in Cabo for 12 days, it takes some time to debrief. Living in this Mexican haven is very different than traveling on the tourist track. I spent last week running around organizing my life and chasing a 14 month old. This week I got smart, hired a nanny and decided the beach needed my attention. Sitting in my garden is a daily requirement. This lifestyle reminds me why I wanted a home here. One thing that remains constant though, is that I always over pack. I don’t know why I bring anything extra with me; besides my bathing suit and riding clothes, I wear the same 4 things over and over. That seems to be the story with my bras and panties too. This trip my Cabo staples haven’t changed much either: Panache Sports Bra (on horseback),Fantasies Rebecca and Wacoal Basic Beauty Spacer Bras (under t-shirts) and Simone Perele’s Revelation 2 part embroidered cut and sew bra (sundress support). On the panty plain, it’s still hi-cut briefs; On Gossamer Mesh (with shorts), Hanky Panky Silky Skin(under sundresses) and my new favorite, Wacoal’s b-fitting one size pima cottonspandex (beneath riding pants). Maybe these styles are simply basics, but I am a casual connoisseur and when it comes to comfort and support, surrender is not an option.
