Curve & Evolution 2025 NY Show Highlights: My Perspective

The Lingerie market has changed dramatically. It was on its way with the surge of e-commerce prior to the Pandemic, but that disruption escalated the evolution exponentially. This is not news. Simply a necessary reality. Cautious energy prevailed at both the Curve and Evolution 2025 shows. That said, of course there were discoveries, eccentricities, and highlights. In the images below, I am laser focused on the following messages: New brands with interesting backstories as well as Innovative solutions. Pajamas, Pajamas, Pajamas. Sweaters are integrated into collections. Getaway resort wear blinks. Shades of blue, and purple and an influx of brown dominated the palette. Stripes. As always, floral prints, precious details, graphic laces, colorful embroideries and shine permeated the show floors.  The usual sexy suspects were present. But, without a doubt, COMFORT continues to dominate the narrative. Below find three new brands I discovered (all pajama driven) and 100+ images to support my insights.

Denise rae ™  Inspired by the loss of her mother, Denise used her grief to create a now 3 year old lifestyle loungewear company based in the USA and devoted to quality, comfort and color.

Yellamaris is a German family owned business specializing in Sleep and Loungewear since 1992. It’s the subtle details in pajama design that got to me.

Violet and Brooks is a seven year old mother daughter lifestyle brand anchored in loungewear but also an assortment of coordinated accessories. They have been designated one of Oprah’s favorite things.
