Bridal White ~ July Lingerie Fashion Editorial Part Two

By STEPHANIE HYNES

The Little Bra Company

In Part Two of our July Fashion Lingerie Editorial, Stephanie brings her camera indoors. In Part One, she shot her vision based on the illusions framed from natural light: the American impressionist painter Frederick Carl Frieseke was her inspiration.  These images, photographed in her studio, evoke clarity of light effused from the simplicity of their surroundings. The color white is both innocent and provocative.  In an artist’s hands, white takes many perspectives. Is white lingerie meant only for brides?  This has often been the perception in America. But in Europe, white has long been status quo for everyday basics and sensual fashion pieces. Do brides only wear white? Perhaps the touch of something blue answers the question.
