Just over 3 years ago, I wrote a blog entitled “Season of Hope” that reflected my expectations about the Le Mystѐre brand as it began its transformation back into a key market player in the Foundations Industry. Its rich heritage had not prevented a slow leak in their fan base as production and design issues played havoc on their infrastructure. But, luckily the new team of seasoned pros that took up the mantle in 2012 were worthy of engagement. Transforming a brand and re-charging its base is a multi-pronged process requiring vision, technical skill and patience.
Le Mystѐre has subsequently introduced many innovations to their product structure but the evolution of the Tisha Bra from its glory days as “Oprah’s favorite bra” to today’s “Transformational Tisha” highlights Le Mystѐres current expertise as a savvy bra manufacturer. Market research proved that a revamp was required in order to accommodate the modern consumer’s needs. The assessment of current foundations trends: memory foam, lace and back smoothing construction, contributed to the brand effort to sustain the Tisha’s core fit competence while creating a unique 360 degree transformational experience for the customer. The result is a much loved bra with a softer, lighter touch, a contemporary shape, sustainable lift and fashion insight. Available in 30-40, B-H, this t-shirt bra adored by many clearly has a robust future.
