Over the past two decades, Dow has absorbed every nuance of the trade, learning at his father’s side, refining the art of retail. He transformed the boutique into a modern, technology-driven destination without ever losing its human touch. He has guided the business through times of change, including consolidating two nearby stores into one flagship location in Uptown Park, where Top Drawer Lingerie has operated since 2003. After more than twenty years in the same location, the store recently underwent a significant expansion, adding 1,400 SF to accommodate ten dressing rooms, a larger stockroom, and a more spacious, welcoming atmosphere.
The unwavering devotion to service and fit has earned Top Drawer Lingerie the industry’s highest honor: the Best of Intima “Store of the Year” award, not once, but seven times, including in 2025. Presented by Intima magazine, this accolade celebrates excellence in customer experience, business leadership, and lasting contribution to the lingerie community across North America.
Dow attributes much of the store’s longevity to his long-tenured staff, some of whom have been with the company for more than 30 years. By fostering a supportive workplace with competitive pay and healthcare benefits, he has built a loyal and motivated team that prioritizes

While Top Drawer Lingerie continues to honor its heritage, it also embraces innovation. The store has implemented RFID technology, reducing inventory checks from ten hours to just two, and is now integrating AI systems to analyze sales patterns and optimize stock levels.
