Mila Simona: Timeless Italian-Made Lingerie

After 10 years of working in PR and marketing for luxury brands, Camilla Felici realized a long-held dream when she founded her own lingerie label Mila Simona last year. Although based in London, the brand is very much inspired by Felici’s Italian heritage and all garments are made in Italy, a country she describes as “synonymous with beautiful quality and craftsmanship.”
A lover of storytelling through art, Felici finds her inspiration in iconic Italian film and literature, such as that by director Federico Fellini who was known for his surrealist explorations of identity. In particular, her lingerie collections and accompanying marketing campaigns focus in on love’s duality and complexity not just its beauty and euphoria, but also themes such as hurt and obsession.
That duality is reflected in the product range, where powerful statement bras in edgy leather are contrasted against much lighter bralette sets in soft, sheer mesh, or styled alongside delicate-looking lace top stay-ups.
These structured ‘Femme Fatale’ bras are handmade to order using supple, ethically-sourced Tuscan leather that’s typically tanned using natural dyes. Each one is tailored for a precise custom fit, and has gold-plated buckles and studs to further refine the size. Bespoke colors are available on request, and customer reviews highlight how easy they are to style as a top.
The rest of the collection offers up a range of simpler, more traditional bra silhouettes: triangle, bandeau, demi cup and push-up. Felici highlights the Classic Mila bra in particular as one which epitomizes the brand’s ethos of designing lingerie that’s “timeless, versatile and effortlessly chic.”
The cups are made from unlined black mesh with a semi-opaque trim at the neckline, and it’s accented with two delicate ribbon bows for just a touch of decoration – choose between tone-on-tone black, or go for a little contrast with white or pink.
Felici’s personal favorite lingerie set in the collection however is the bestselling Simona set, a sheer mesh triangle bralette and thong designed for a low-coverage fit, which both have larger ribbon bows that can be untied. “These sets are playful and romantic and a signature style for the brand”, she says. They’re also sustainable, being made from regenerated mesh.
Rounding out the collection are the Mila Simona stay-ups. Sheer, trimmed with a thick band of lightly-shimmering lace, and designed for maximum durability, they’re crafted in Mantova, Lombardy which is a region known for its high-end hosiery manufacturing . 60% of all European-made stockings are produced there.
To date, all Mila Simona designs have focused around a classic color palette of black, white and light pinks, but for Valentine’s Day 2026, Felici will be introducing a new colorway to the brand with a fun style in patent red snake skin.
Mila Simona lingerie comes in sizes XS-XL for bras, and XS-L for bottoms and hosiery. Stay-ups cost £25 (approx. $35), and lingerie is priced from £35-£85 (approx. $45-$115) except for the custom-made leather bras which are £220 (around $300).
