Caramì: Elevated Italian Design for Every Aspect of Your Wardrobe

Founded a decade ago by Florentine sisters Carlotta and Camilla Castrucci, Caramì is a lingerie and lifestyle brand here to make you feel comfortable and elegant whether you’re working out, chilling at home, taking a trip to the beach, or dressing for any other number of occasions.
While Camilla leads the product development and creative direction, and Carlotta heads up the overall brand strategy and communication, Camilla says they both shared a clear vision from the start: “to create beautiful pieces that women would genuinely enjoy wearing every day.”
Initially, that just meant lingerie – soft triangle bralette sets and bodysuits in premium, fashion-forward fabrics (velvet, lace, sequins, shimmering faux leather, and even a fun bouclé design!) which offer a modern, stylish look while respecting the skin and offering comfortable everyday support. Everything is made in small batches in Tuscany, Italy, for a customer who appreciates not just aesthetics but also quality craftsmanship, from soft-feel fabrics to ultra-flat seaming.
As the brand evolved however, they realized that their customers were seeking the same combination of modern style and maximum comfort across other areas of their wardrobe. This led the duo to gradually expand their collection into what it is today: lingerie, loungewear, swimwear, activewear, and even a dedicated line of tennis apparel.
Versatility and cross-category design have always been at the heart of Caramì, visible through designs such as luxe, silk-blend velvet nightwear you could easily wear out to dinner, sparkling one-piece swimsuits that wouldn’t look out of place in the club, and flashy gym co-ords that are as suited to streetwear styling as they are to doing sport.
“Rather than following trends,” says Camilla, “every new category has been a natural extension of our original vision: versatile, beautifully crafted Made in Italy garments designed to move effortlessly through everyday life.”
One of the latest – and most successful – additions to the Caramì brand has been the introduction of The Shared Edit, a line of sleepwear conceived as a genuinely shared, genderless wardrobe. Crafted from linen, cotton or silk fabrics, it offers button-through pajama shirts and coordinates in classic striped prints, all embroidered with the Caramì logo. Smart enough to wear out on the street, comfy enough to take a nap in.
“The inspiration came from something very simple and familiar: borrowing clothing from someone you love,” explains Camilla, “We wanted to reinterpret that feeling through refined tailoring, premium Italian fabrics and relaxed silhouettes that don’t belong to one gender but to a particular lifestyle. The collection reflects our belief that elegance, comfort and quality are universal.”
Caramì pieces are available from sizes XS to XL, with no cup sizing. Lingerie separates start from 40€ (approximately $45), with overall prices going up to 650€ (approximately $750) for a pajama set made from viscose and silk blend velvet.
