Sweet Dreams ~ Eye Masks

I love a good nights sleep, eight solid, undisturbed hours of deep REM inducing rest. So rare, but something I desire and a well known beauty secret. Not only does sleeping decrease your appetite, it just makes you look and feel better, period. We all know that eight hours is ideal, but sometimes the winding down after a long work day or spending far too many hours online can keep us over stimulated and restless. So besides the usual remedies, a warm soak in the bath tub, a cup of chamomile tea or reading a challenging novel, I recommend wearing a luxurious sleep mask. When I use a sleep mask, I almost always fall asleep faster and sleep through the night. It also makes me feel very glamorous, which makes me giggle, but also makes it more appealing!
