Do you remember how exciting summer break was when you were young? It meant, no school, sleeping in, hanging out with friends, going away to camp, creating adventures and as you got older, it might have been about the summer love that swept you off your feet. Summer is the season to slow down, take vacations, relax more and play with life. The warm weather invites us to be more social, to flirt with the world and to enjoy pleasurable moments with others..

This summer, find the joy in life’s subtle moments. Begin by exploring all of your senses, taste, smell, touch, sight and sound. Notice how it feels to savor that cool, tart sweetness and smell the zing in your first sip of ice cold lemonade. Enjoy the sound of waves and the vibrant color of a sunset at the beach. Let yourself feel the gentle breeze the breaks through the heat and the soft touch of flowing cotton fabric against your skin.
