What does it mean to be Cutting Edge? Beethoven’s “Ninth Symphony” was cutting edge. Picasso’s “Les Demoiselles D’Aviginon” and Jackson Pollack’s “Drip Paintings” were cutting edge. Martha Graham’s “Modern Dance” was cutting edge.  Frank Lloyd Wright’s Guggenheim Museum was cutting edge. Bill Gate’s “Windows” and Steve Job’s “Mac” were cutting edge. Elon Musk’s “Tesla” is the current cutting edge phenomenon. Surely, I could go on.  These products have transformed the industries in which they live, changing perception and pushing boundaries to a new frontier. Often challenged at their birth, they become a cultural standard that places them in the forefront of their discipline. They have raised the bar because they have ignored the status quo and made a leap into the future.  Cutting edge development provides aspirational opportunity. It inspires us to evolve.
