Swimwear season is almost here and everyone is ready to go outside and celebrate life getting slightly back to normal! Since pools were closed last summer, I suspect many customers are just getting around to replacing their swimsuits. Cake Lingerie’s release of the new Rosewater maternity swim collection is right on time for new mothers.

Cake Lingerie is known for high quality maternity bras and inclusive sizing, but their swimwear collection doesn’t get as much press. That’s too bad because these suits are flattering, functional, and stylish. They all use Cake’s famous flexible wires (of which even this childfree writer loves the feel) and they come in an incredibly inclusive size range. The collection is designed in Australia and made in Spain. Each piece is UPF 50+ for extra sun protection and available from B – E cups.

Juice is a new maternity bikini that uses a fun pique fabric to make a statement. The bright coral color will be gorgeous on a wide range of skin tones. It accommodates breast fluctuations due to nursing and offers shape and lift at the same time.

Cordial is a maternity tankini that has flattering ruched sides and a classic balconette style built-in-bra. It has pregnancy safe side boning and removable pads for extra support as well. The burgundy color is stunning and will never go out of style.

Fans of one-piece swimsuits and monochromatic wardrobes will love the quiet elegance of Tonic. It has a low cut back and a halter neck design for extra support. The cups have built in ruching to accommodate breast fluctuations.

It’s worth noting that this swimwear line uses Oeko-Tex certified fabrics, linings, and trims. This is a huge step that all intimate apparel companies should be exploring. It’s great to see that Cake has figured out ways to make fabulous swimsuits while simultaneously supporting workers and the environment.
