The rest is history. This Congolese beauty has walked the runway in 265 shows in Paris, New York, London, and Milan. She has graced the cover of Italian Vogue, starred in a Prada Campaign, worked exclusively for Calvin Klein and enriched the Victoria Secret Show for 6 years.
Along the way she has been named godmother of the Fédération Nationale Solidarité Femmes, a network throughout France that welcomes, supports, and shelters female victims of violence and their children. Her book, translated here as “The Day I stopped Being Afraid”, recounts her own experience with domestic violence.
