My father shot this photograph, NOT Kubric. My father was Phillip Harrington. I can prove this because I have the original contact sheet, and it is stamped with “Harrington” on the reverse, not Kubric. Stan Kubric was along on this trip, but my dad was the photographer, and he was teaching young Stan some elements of photojournalism.
