I first noticed Ian Hooton’s photography on Instagram and was immediately drawn to his use of natural light when shooting images of women in lingerie. So, I decided to investigate further and discovered that his work extended beyond the boudoir. I contacted Ian to learn a bit more about his background as its no secret that I love the arts, and in particular, photography when it captures the essence of a subject. Born in Liverpool and schooled in his metier in Birmingham, Ian began his career at Vogue magazine, eventually settling in London and starting his own fashion and beauty lifestyle studio. His huge portfolio of diverse clients including intimate brands who have recognized his expertise at capturing the feminine mystique are a testimony to his talent.
