A Celebration of the Female Form ~ Julia Noni Photography

At the very heart of this website is a celebration of femininity. We understand the power of the female spirit, the beauty of a woman’s body, and recognize the unique talent of women-owned businesses. More specifically, however, we encourage women to adorn their bodies with only the very best undergarments. We celebrate the beauty in the ritual of dress and undress. It should come as no surprise that we are also drawn to photographers and artists who specialize in capturing the very essence of womanhood. That is why this week we have chosen to feature the work of seasoned photographer Julia Noni. As you can see, Noni has a deep appreciation for the female form; how it contours, how its soft curves capture light and shadows. We even see a beautiful display of feminine strength and athleticism. Though this Gallery post focuses on mostly lingerie and swimwear, Noni’s portfolio is much more expansive and filled with sharp, captivating images. We hope you find a few moments to enjoy it!

Her expertise lies in activewear, loungewear, sleepwear, lingerie, and hosiery.

Asi is a founder and creative director of the made in NYC sustainable high-end lingerie brand: Ann Vogue.

Based in New York, LINDA DYETT is a long-time writer and editor. Her articles have appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Monocle, L’Officiel, New York magazine (and its Strategist website), Afar, and many other publications and websites. She served as an editor at Lear’s, Self, and Glamour, and is currently overseeing the nycitywoman.com website. As for the areas she’s covered over the years, they’ve included books, architecture, industrial and product design, medicine, wine, travel, and shopping. But her major interest is in skin—and everything that touches it. That includes clothing (not least lingerie, about which she’s passionate), beauty and dermatology products, and jewelry.
