Very Clever Knickers ~ The Knicker Launches
By HOLLY JACKSON
When you’re curvy, buying basic panties can be kind of a trial. All pairs of underwear seem to either roll up, roll down, ride up or just bunch up awkardly at in-opportune times. These factors tend to make many curvy women gravitate towards the lowest common denominator: a pair of panties that sort of fits and that is cheap, knowing they will probably toss them in the trash within six months.
The Knicker, while a new brand, represents true excellence in this category. Several of the Lingerie Briefs staff got samples of this brand. We spanned all ages, sizes and tastes – and all of us fell equally head over heels for these budget friendly panties. Part of this is due to the exhaustive research that the brand did when they developed this new line of basics. They conducted more than 1000 interviews about what women hated about their panties. The main complaints were fairly universal: riding up, panty lines and feeling constrained by bad fabrics and bad design.
The final product highlights the rewards of building a product around curves. The gusset and back seam are curved to fit close to the body, while laser cut seams and a touch of spandex ensure that the panties will stay put once you put them on. We all found these claims to be valid in our wear testing. In fact, we were fairly unsure of our sizing to start with, so we ended up with some pair that were technically a size too small or too big for us. They all still fit beautifully, which speaks to the recovery of the stretch fabrics used and to the great design.
The new collection consists of microfiber and lace lines, so you can pick your fabric and your style. Both collections include a full brief, a hipster and a thong. The lace collection features an additional high cut brief, which is incredibly comfortable on.
Often great fabrics and thoughtful designs come with a big price tag, but this line is incredibly budget friendly and represents great value. It’s great to see companies innovating at wallet friendly prices and makes all of us look forward to what The Knicker will come up with next.
please let me know when high cut lace brief is available again

Hello from The Knicker! Our website is up and running.
http://www.theknicker.com
After reading your article, I wanted to buy Knickers. I cannot find where to purchase them in your article or on their website. Can you please give me direction?
Hi Nancy
This is the website https://theknicker.com/
BUT do to an overload of orders the site went down. They are fixing it. However, I contacted the owners and asked them to handle your needs directly. You should hear from them. But let me know if you do not.

I fell in love with Triumph’s Sloggi underwear which they have now discontinued. Cotton with a shape that fits under the cheek instead of across it – which causes panty lines. Laser cut and spandex ends up between my cheeks. Guess we are all different.
