Beautifully Undressed Boudoir ~ Pompadour Lingerie

Recently, I had the opportunity to review a beautifully photographed lingerie campaign for the luxury British brand Pompadour. Shot by fine art boudoir photographer Jess Petrie in Sheffield, England, I was impressed with these romantic and feminine images that were truly sensual. Personally, I am not a fan of most boudoir photography as I find it often an expression of blatant sexuality. To me, this is not empowering and often borders on a form of degradation. But Jess’s artistic eye and use of light is a celebration of form that compliments the mystique inherent in each woman’s personal presence.
