We are no stranger to the concept of luxury lingerie when it comes to our Gallery posts, and today’s feature on the U.K.-based brand MENG is no exception.  MENG is a contemporary luxury lifestyle brand with a heavy emphasis on Asian-inspired prints and styles that are tailored to suit the sophisticated woman’s taste.  If you are familiar with the label, which is sold at Selfridges, Neiman Marcus & Harrods (to name a few), then you know that its specialty is in kimono and pajama designs that are essentially wearable pieces of art.  With that in mind, the brand is taking a slightly different approach to its SS18 collection.  It’s focusing on a category between the worlds of loungewear and ready-to-wear by adapting its new shapes so that women can wear it for all occasions.  An idea like that makes the investment in one of its pieces that much more enticing!  For instance, for SS18 the pajama legs will be cropped, shirts belted and waists cinched in wide stripe belts, “allowing theatrical styling or everyday elegance”.  What remains consistent with the new collection is the brand’s selection of bold prints and striking colors. Learn more about this opulent, inspiring label (which also includes menswear) at https://meng.co.uk/
