Tropical Getaway ~ Fantasie Swimwear

There is nothing like a tropical dream to divert oneself from the everyday minutiae that tends to manipulate out lives. I am leaving for my home in Cabo San Lucas on Friday and most excited by the prospect of tropical gardens, luscious fruit, fresh sea air and the general slowdown that informs the lifestyle of this Mexican community. Since the everyday attire is swimwear and I need a supportive swim wardrobe to support me, I will be taking an assortment of bathing suits constructed for D – I cups; bottoms S – XXL. One brand that works for me is Fantasie. I tend to stick to NY black, so mine are from the brand cadre of basics. But there is no denying that this plunge tankini and two piece, part of the Cuba collection delivering now, will incite plenty of winter getaway thoughts.

We began this swim column in order to highlight this potential. Katrina’s commercial painting collaborations specialize in live art for brands including Hugo Boss, Rag & Bone, Saks, Rebecca Minkoff, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Macy’s, and more. She is also virtual creative director and head of social for Christine Lingerie where she shoots and often models for campaigns, runs their social media platforms. In addition, she is a photographer and writer providing branded content specializing in skincare, boudoir, commercial real estate and architectural photography.
